I recently got a new router from Verizon since my old one would cause the internet to go down every 10 minutes or so. When I got the new router, all the laptops and iPhones in our house would stay connected to the Wi-Fi, except our one desktop computer, the HP Envy. It will connect to the internet and work flawlessly with good speeds, but after about 10 minutes the yellow triangle will pop up next to the Wi-Fi icon on the taskbar at the bottom right of the screen, it says we have "Limited Connection" and that the internet is not available, but we are connected to the router. We then have to restart the computer and the internet will work fine for another 10 minutes or so. The desktop computer is connected wirelessly, as are all the other devices in the house.
The specs can be found on this page if this helps. This computer is the only device running Windows 8 in our house, I don't know if that matters but all the rest are running Windows 7. We sent the Envy into the HP repair center to try to get this problem fixed, but when the computer was returned claiming to be fixed, we plugged it in and the problem was still there.
