showing the loading of all the drivers and booting logging enabled then windows loads as normal. I just had an update and it went through all of the same. As the same, showing all of this same type of things on every start. I had recently purchased AVG antivirus again, I am disabled so I did not change anything, although I did have them do the loading of the new version, it was a process but they messed it up somehow what can I do? And I cannot get much help from them although I did pay extra for this type of help from them. I just purchased this nearly a year or so ago. I just can't do any more. Any help?? Please? I am NOT a computer wiz, I know NOTHING. And When I bought it from Best buy, Marysville, OH they were to give me a startup disc and it's totally BLANK.
