Unable to start HP ALM Service

Hi,

I'm getting this error in the log file, can someone please suggest what could have gone wrong here? 

status=MUTED, label=QC server is muted due to unrecoverable error, cause=null, StackTrace= java.lang.ExceptionInInitializerError at com.hp.alm.platform.license.LicenseManagerImpl.getLicenseEngine(LicenseManagerImpl.java:280) at com.hp.alm.platform.license.LicenseManagerImpl.validateLicense(LicenseManagerImpl.java:199)
