Just installed a new graphics card, please help

So I just put a new graphics card in my PC, it's a GTX 750. It went in perfectly and I plugged everything back in. When I booted up the PC it made 6 long beeps with flashing lights. After that nothing happened. So I shut down PC, took out graphics card made sure it was secured, same thing happened. Here's my specs and link to graphics card, please help what should I do?
