HP PPM: How To Add Dictionary Data In HP PPM 9.22

Hi All,

I am bit new in HP PPM, I want to ask how to add dictionary/setup data in HP PPM. Like Project Manager/Domain manager/Departments etc. I am using HP PPM 9.22 on Microsoft Windows.
